SCOOP IT plans are flexible and have no fixed contract. Visits are billed monthly in advance based on your chosen frequency and dog count. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

If we cannot complete a scheduled visit because of access or safety issues, we’ll contact you to arrange a solution. Where a prepaid visit is not serviced, we’ll provide a suitable credit or refund. By booking, you agree to provide safe, accessible entry and keep us updated about your dogs and property.
